One of the greatest rivalries in sports history is coming to the United States for the first time. FC Barcelona Legends and Real Madrid Leyendas will face off at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 22, 2026, as part of The Legends Series LA, presented by House of Heroes. The historic matchup brings El Clásico nostalgia to American soil just months before the 2026 World Cup.

The event will be headlined by global icons Ronaldinho and Rafael Márquez for Barça Legends, alongside Maxwell, Gaizka Mendieta, Javier Saviola, Nolito, and several other former stars. Real Madrid Leyendas will counter with a roster led by Luís Figo and Marcelo, joined by Guti, Claude Makélélé, Álvaro Negredo, and more. Barcelona will be managed by former captain Albert Ferrer, while legendary defender José Antonio Camacho will lead Real Madrid from the sidelines.

The weekend begins Saturday, February 21, with an official press conference at Penske Media Corporation headquarters in Los Angeles. Confirmed speakers include Rafael Márquez and Javier Saviola for Barça Legends, along with Luís Figo and Marcelo for Real Madrid Leyendas. The event will offer media access, photo opportunities, and an open Q&A session.

Match day festivities at BMO Stadium will include a red carpet experience and celebrity appearances.
