At EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, the Jaguars regained momentum with a solid 35–6 win over a Chargers team that struggled from start to finish. Jacksonville dominated on both sides of the ball, mixing an efficient ground attack with clean passing while Los Angeles failed to sustain meaningful drives.

First Half.

Jacksonville set the tone early with a rushing touchdown by Travis Etienne Jr., followed by another ground score from Trevor Lawrence. The Chargers, overwhelmed by pressure and unable to protect their quarterback, managed only a single field goal before halftime. The Jaguars entered the break firmly in control.

Second Half & Finish.

In the third quarter, Lawrence connected with Tim Patrick for a touchdown that widened the gap. Another rushing score made it 28–6, and late in the game, rookie Bhaysul Tuten added a final TD. The Chargers mustered only 135 total yards and failed to convert key third downs throughout the game.

Key Factors.

• Balanced offensive approach from Jacksonville: strong rushing attack paired with efficient passing.

• Chargers offense out of sync: poor protection, no run game, and continuous defensive pressure from the Jaguars.

• Jacksonville’s defensive execution: forced mistakes, controlled spacing, and shut down every attempt by L.A. to find rhythm.

• Game tempo: Jaguars controlled the pace from the opening whistle.

With this result, Jacksonville shows clear signs of bouncing back, while the Chargers remain stuck in inconsistency, searching for stability in a turbulent season.
